Inserm informs you that data may be processed by the coordinators of the Priority Research Program and Equipment (PEPR) Digital Health. When certain information is mandatory in order to access specific functionalities of the site, this mandatory nature is indicated at the time of data collection. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not be able to access certain services.

Recorded data

Personal data may be collected by the PEPR Digital Health via the contact form in order to reply to messages sent to the PEPR team.

Types of data collected:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • E-mail address

 

IP addresses collected for statistical purposes by MATOMO software are anonymized, i.e. the first two bytes of an IP address are retained. This process makes it impossible to trace them back to an individual.

Data recipients

This data can be accessed by:

  • Webmasters;
  • Site administrators (including external service providers) may need to consult this data for technical and site operation reasons;
  • Inserm’s Data Protection Officer, only if you wish to contact him/her voluntarily.
Data retention period

Data is kept for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with the French law.

No data is transferred outside the European Union
